Music Visualizer and Exporter ("we", "our", or "us") respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our macOS application.

1. Data Collection and Use

We believe in privacy by design. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (PII) or usage data to external servers.

Local Processing: All audio files (.mp3, .wav, etc.) and image files you import are processed entirely locally on your Mac using Apple's Metal and AVFoundation frameworks.
File Access: The App accesses only the files you explicitly select via the system open panel for the sole purpose of visualization and rendering.
No Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your behavior.

2. Data Storage

The App does not create user accounts or store user data in the cloud. Any video files exported by the App are saved directly to your Mac's local storage in the specific folder you choose.

3. Third-Party Access

Since we do not collect any data, we do not share, sell, or disclose data to third parties.
